1. Acceptance of Terms

The Terms of Service are applicable to your access to and use of the Star Asset Manager website. By accessing and using the Service, you are accepting these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please cease all use of the website.

2. Intended Use as a Creator User Tool

Star Asset Manager is classified functionally as a creator-focused User Tool. Its purpose is to enhance the overall developer experience, UI productivity, and workflow accessibility of the Roblox platform by allowing creators to batch-upload, download, and manage their development assets significantly faster than executing them one-by-one through the default web interface.

The Service is intended solely to provide legitimate creators with an accelerated means to upload, back up, organize, or manage development resources (including meshes, animations, audios, and images) that users have rightful ownership of or explicitly delegated developer permissions to modify.

3. User Responsibility and Asset Content

You are solely responsible for all files, meshes, or resources processed through the User Tool. When using the utility to upload assets to your account or group, you must ensure that all content complies strictly with Roblox’s Terms of Use, Community Standards, and all applicable intellectual property laws.

Star Productions is not liable for:

  • Abuse of the tool to automate unauthorized, copy-protected, or private resources.
  • Any platform moderation actions, disputes, losses, or damages resulting from files uploaded via the tool.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that Star Productions acts as a passive workflow automation tool, cannot independently verify asset copyrights or licensing agreements, and is not liable if a content dispute arises.

4. Legitimate Productivity Uses

Examples of permissible productivity uses include:

  • Accelerating development setups via multi-file mesh and texture uploads.
  • Restoring access to local creative files affected by project directory updates.
  • Migrating large batches of internal development assets between authorized collaborators or group sandboxes under verified ownership.

All tool activities must remain within Roblox's platform boundaries and Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You shall not use Star Asset Manager to:

  • Automate malicious scripts or engage in rapid asset spamming designed to disrupt Roblox infrastructure.
  • Upload, distribute, or republish content that breaks Roblox's Community Guidelines.
  • Conduct any automated activity which explicitly violates Roblox's platform security policies.

6. Operational Security and Client Storage

The Service does not maintain backend database profiles or capture long-term user tracking information. To maximize security and data privacy, all access configurations, selected settings, and session authorization tokens are saved strictly on your local browser engine via device local storage (localStorage). No centralized mapping or collection takes place.

7. Termination

Star Productions reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke your access to the tool's interface elements at any time if system misuse or violations of these parameters are suspected.

8. Platform Compliance

You remain fully responsible for ensuring your automated actions do not conflict with platform regulations. Star Productions will fully cooperate and adjust tool parameters as necessary to maintain strict alignment with modern Roblox Open Cloud and OAuth application standards.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of reliability, availability, or uninterrupted upload performance. Star Productions operates as an independent third-party software provider, has no formal corporate affiliation with, and is not endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

10. Liability

Star Productions shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, or account restrictions resulting from your deployment or choices made while utilizing the Star Asset Manager application.
